Exchanges & Returns

Returns Policy
We do not accept product returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or if there was a shipping or packing mistake on our end, we will gladly make it right. Please carefully review our sizing guide located in the "About Us" section, as most return requests are due to incorrect sizing and can be avoided by following our sizing instructions.

Exchanges – U.S. Customers
If you're located in the United States and need to exchange an item, an exchange handling fee of $6.50 applies. Please include a check or money order made payable to The Belt Shoppe, LLC. Items returned for exchange must be in brand new, unused, and unworn condition.

Send the item back using any carrier you prefer, along with a note clearly stating the exchange details—such as the item, size, and color you'd like in return—and your return shipping address. We strongly recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance. The Belt Shoppe is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Exchanges – International Customers
Customers outside the U.S. must contact us prior to sending anything back. We'll guide you through the return authorization process and provide you with the applicable return shipping cost, which must be paid before authorization is granted. Shipping fees are based on our actual carrier rates.

As with U.S. orders, all international exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

Important Note
If your package arrives with any damage, shortage, or other discrepancy, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order so we can address the issue promptly.
