Return and Refund Policy
At Buffalo Belt Works, we are dedicated to premium craftsmanship and building items that last. Because our leather products are handcrafted to order, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer's remorse or change of mind. However, we stand completely behind our products and offer a clear process for exchanges, order errors, or damaged goods.
Please review our comprehensive policy below.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or if we made a mistake with your order (such as sending the wrong size or color), we will immediately correct it at zero cost to you.

Timeframe: You must contact us within 30 days of delivery to report the issue.

Return Shipping Costs: If a return is required due to a defect or our error, Buffalo Belt Works will provide a prepaid shipping label. The customer bears no shipping cost for defective items.

Refund Method & Resolution: Upon receiving the item, we will issue a full refund back to your original method of payment or ship a brand-new replacement item, according to your preference.
2. Exchanges (U.S. Customers)
If you accidentally ordered the incorrect size, width, or color, we gladly offer exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date under the following conditions:

Product Condition: Items must be in brand-new, completely unused, and unworn condition, with no markings or stretch damage to the sizing holes.

Exchange Fee: A flat fee of $6.50 applies to cover handling and return shipping for your new item. Please include a check or money order made payable to Buffalo Belt Works inside your return package.

How to Process: Package your item securely and include a note with your original order number, your return shipping address, and the specific size/color you need. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost inbound shipments.
3. International Exchanges
Customers outside the United States must contact us via email prior to shipping any items back. International exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for all actual carrier shipping rates to and from our facility, which must be settled before the exchange item is shipped.
